An Angel Sent From Above

Hey Guys,
I figured I'd type up the journal before going on with the rest of the photos and have to edit them all.
Well, Angel is a kitten, at least... 5 months old, around that.
My mom Yesterday morning (Saturday) was in the kitchen and kept hearing a meow, as we have two cats of our own, it wasn't their meow sound.
But before I get into that, let me tell you this, it's enough to either upset you, or want to harm this person in the following story.
I obviously live in an apartment, and I hear almost EVERYTHING that goes on here, and see's everything as well.
Well for the past month or so, someone in MY BUILDING kept having Child Services at their door.
The mother already had two counts against her, one more and she'd go to jail.
Well I don't know WHAT was going on.. Suddenly, the son stopped going to school, he wasn't seen for a few weeks. Finally I saw him outside getting yelled at by his mother to stop messing around and to get in the car or something. He did as he was yelled (told) to.
Then all of a sudden CS show up again, next thing I know three girls are standing outside, one of them happened to be the daughter of the woman upstairs (same person with the son)
Now, keep in mind, the people above me, and the people next to them have something against them, as it was about the third night and the cops were swarming around here, because.. DRUGS were involved.
So, it feels like I'm living in a drugie house -.-; The joys, right?
Anyway~
Their kids always came to our apartment, looking for FOOD, and one day, nail polish. o.O The hell? --
Also, one day when it was SUPER hot out, cause it was still during the summer mom saw a cat in the back yard (sorta) of our apartment. A cat was laying there, half dead due to the heat..
Things happen that I don't know about.. Annnnnnnd next thing I know, the people upstairs want, cat litter, cat food, dry and wet.

What you have a cat as well, and you don't have food for it? Fking nice! A-holes -.-. That was the beginning of the knock-on-their-door-and-get-food thing they had going for a while.
I kept telling them no, because most of the things that were asked if we had were eggs one day.. There was only about.. 8 or so.. I told him we didn't have any, why you ask? Because - it's simple, their mother works, and they're coming to ME for food, no - not going to happen, and I didn't feel bad about telling the kid no either, MY FOOD and I NEED TO EAT AS WELL!
Because whenever I'd have eggs, my puppy would get one, since that was enough for her, and I had like.. 3 >w<;
Eggs don't fill me up much, but they were going to expire within the next two days, so I ate eggs every morning with my puppy. :3
Anyway~
Well, since we now know they have a cat, Child Services (CS) is showing up a lot.. and then BOOM! Everyone from that apartment is GONE.
We didn't know what happened to the cat, my mom KNEW that cat was around, and it still was. And now I have it!
It was, get this -- IN THE FKING BASEMENT OF THE APARTMENT!
The fking idiots put her in the BASEMENT of the apartment.
With ONLY dry cat food, and a VERY SMALL litter box.

Well, anyway~ like I said ealier, my mom heard a meow, looked outside, didn't see it - heard it again and she opened the back door, and VROOM the cat went back down into the basement, she was pretty much half dead when we found her. She has NO WATER AT ALL!
NONE! And she's been down there for about four days.
With just food, and no water. > w>;
So now, my mom and I are helping her get hydrated and feeling better.
There was a reason my mom and I were up at 5 in the morning. I was up all night but she didn't have to get up for another half hour.
But we were and this is why. This was meant to happen.
